Hair: Hera's hair is a very dark blond color. She usually has it pinned in a braid draping over her right shoulder. She also has her front bangs loose and curly to where they spiral down to her collarbone. When it's not in a braid, it is set loose, still being curly, with her bangs pulled backwards with a clip. In short, she always has her hair out of her face.
eyes: Her eyes are an almond shape. They are, when in a good mood, a good-natured blue with a green tint. Whenever she is angry, however, they rave into a brown so dark it appears to be black with rage.
skin: Ivory in color, Hera’s skin radiates perfect health. Bathing in Canathus every year, as well as making sure she is well groomed and presentable.
Important marks: None, although, if you look closely, you can see lines of sorrow on her face.
Build: Although she appears to be strong if you take one glance at her, a second glance would reveal a different matter. She is, in fact, scrawny when you compare her to her, unfortunately, husband.
Family: Daughter of Cronus and Rhea. Sister of (and wife of) Zeus, Poseidon, Hades, Hestia, Demeter. Mother of Hephaestus, Hebe, Ilithyia, Ares, Eris, Hecate, and the Charities.
Powers: Hera is a goddess by birth. She gained more power by being born than by being married to Zeus. She was conceived as the goddess of marriage and this was her birthright. She also has a claim to the realm of majesty. As with all goddesses she had the power to prophecy, the power to move through the air, and the power to change her shape. A goddess can also negotiate with other deities for other temporary powers. She is the goddess of heaven and the goddess of marriage and the life of married women and so she had most of powers in these realms. But, she seems to associate status and majesty. Within her own realm she could set the natural law and provide fixes when her law went awry. She could change the nature of a marriage and what happened to the two partners, including how the woman's birth goes and whether the husband is faithful.
History: Hera was born in Samos . Her father was Cronus and her mother was Rhea Titanic Gods. Hera's destiny was not make any different from her brothers. Cronus, after her birth, swallow her because rumors report him that someone from his close family will take over the leadership of Gods. Since Zeus become the master of the Olympian ,Gods asked Hera to married him, but Hera was denied his proposal. Zeus could not accept the rejection because he was in crazy love with her, which incidentally was his sister.
So, one day turned into a bird, and pretending himself as an injured fell front of Hera's legs, in order to notice him. Hera took the bird into her arms, without assuming anything and then Zeus appeared with his normal view and as powerful as he was undermined Hera's reactions and took the promise of marriage. Hera bore Hephaestus, Hebe, Ilithyia, Ares, Eris, Hecate, and the Charities. Another one, not so popular myth is the judgment of Paris (prince of Troy and brother of Hector), that marked the beginning of the Trojan War. A contest, which took place the three most beautiful Olympian Goddess. Aphrodite, Athena and Hera.
Personality: Although thought to be cruel, cunning, jealous, and a witch, it is not true that Hera is any of those things. Well, ish. She is all of those things when it comes to the women who have had a sexual relationship with Zeus. When it comes down to just about any other human, if they’re loyal and kind enough, she’ll put up with them and their ways. She even helps them, though she is blamed whenever a pregnancy goes wrong, or when a mother dies while giving childbirth, and she takes all of this without complain. She‘s never killed a human, although she‘s been tempted to. Usually, she just turns them into this thing or that. Or, tortures them by putting a curse on them.
