1. Activity. I will not tolerate in activeness without an explanation. Nobody likes Rping with an inactive member who doesn't post for days on end. It gets annoying and frustrating. So, if you are going to be inactive please post so in the chat.
2. Kindness. Once again, I will not tolerate any form of bullying or intimidation. This means no racism, sexism, name calling, or anything else rude and un - Courteous. Just think about what you're going to say, and wonder if you would want the same thing said or done to you.
3. Posts. This site has a minimum of 150 words. On many sites there is no minimum. But this site is not many others. This is an individual site. So please abide by this rule
4. No God - Modding. Nobody likes it. It just makes it frustrating to RP with someone who can simply kill you off. Or somehow 'always' lands a punch on another character. If you have any questions on this either PM myself or any other Staff members.
5. Like in a few other sites, you may have only one character per account. And a Max. of five characters per person. Not account.
6. It is from here on out, mandatory you have either a picture of yourself in your avatar or in your signature. We prefer both however. Also, no anime PB's.
7. There're are only a few cases where you may be in more than two thread at a time. They are the following: CTF, Chariot Races, a dance, or other site wide mini plots.
8. No spamming. If someone asks you to stop spamming you stop. You shouldn't have been doing it in the first place. If you have any complaints about this rule contact me.
9. No modern weapons. You may use swords, shields, spears, daggers, knifes, and any form of these. However, they may special qualities such as electricity. No invincible weapons please.
10. Only one CL per person, not per account, per person. Only one of your Characters may be a CL.
11. you aren't allowed to post in anything character-related until your character has been accepted. that means in any in-character board. this means your personal title must be in place, your member group changed, and your dossier locked and moved to the database.
12. Please people, don't be a thief. You must ask for permission from the creator, poster, etc...This includes posts, pictures, rules, guides, skins, and plots. I will find out, I always do, I always will.
13. Kay, no changing your own display name. Only if you're a staff member are you ever allowed to. Then, even staff members aren't allowed to have silly things such as
, <3. Things like that. All Display names will be in Capitals.
14. Avatars must be size 100x100 and signatures must not stretch the page, a plausible size for a signature would be about 650x360. I will permit it to be a little bigger, BUT NOT MUCH. If you are caught with a signature that is above the limits, you'll be asked to change it. If you don't, or you do and just get a different one that does the exact same thing, we will put a hold on your signature. Believe me, admins have that ability.
15. Kay, rule 15. Simple. NO DOUBLE POSTING IN THREADS. You may double post in the cbox, but not to the extent where you're considered spamming, if you end up getting auto-banned because of spam, you must have deserved it. Simple as that.
16. You're allowed a total of five characters. However, each must have it's own singular account, and you may have a max. of 3 gods. Your other two characters must be a camper, mortal, monster, or nature spirit.
17. This site's plot is based after a time that Percy, Annabeth, Nico, Grover, and the other main characters have grown up and moved on. So, obviously, no one is allowed to be one of them.
18. If you are from my old site, and moved over here, it's definitely a good idea that you read these rules (and mandatory). For there're some rule changes. For one, you are no longer to be a child of Artemis. I have thought it over, and made too much of a conflict. I'm sorry.
19. There're certain limits of who your characters can be depending on your existing ones. Example: If you're already Zeus, you cannot be Hera too. Or If you're Poseidon, you can't be Amphitrite or any of his children. Use common sense, if you wanted to ever have an rp with one or the other, you wouldn't be able to. That would be in a way breaking rule 15. Besides it'd only be a conversation with yourself, and you'd get to decide how everything turned out. That's no fun is it? No. So, this is a very important rule.
20. NO Mary Sues or Gary Stus. No characters are perfect, just like people in real life. If one of our staff finds that it appears to be a Mary or Gary, and they ask you to change it, you must comply or have your application deleted.
21. Your PB MUST fit the age of your character. Of course, if you're an immortal, you may have any pb as you have the ability to be any age you like.
22. NO PB changes what so ever. My staff and I will not permit it. Once your character is changed, your pb is set. Be careful who you choose. Also, make sure that your PB isn't already taken.
23. When it comes to posting, please be descriptive, it's what makes a good post. It also makes your post longer, and easier to meet our post minimum. Heed this advice and use it.
24. Like many other sites, we only allow our members to use third person when rping. It's the most simple way to rpg for most. If you find that this ruins your creative rping talents, then don't. There would be no point in complaining to the staff or suggesting a rule change, it won't happen.
25. Please do your absolute best to use correct grammar and spelling. I understand some of us are younger than others, and some may not be quite familiar with our language, but for spelling, there's always Spell check, and if you seriously aren't the best at grammar, and can't at the very least be adequate, use Microsoft Word while typing your posts, it'll correct you on your grammar.
26. You may NOT be Ares or Hypnos, as this messes with the plot. Ares is in an eternal sleep, and Hypnos has disappeared. So, no no to those two. This rule does NOT mean you can't be a child of Ares or Hypnos. You're just not allowed to be Ares or Hypnos themselves.
27. This rule is a password which will be used in your bio to prove you at least scanned the rules. Password: Blessings
